Payment
I accept payment via PayPal in USD, paid upfront. I take commissions on a first-come-first-serve basis.Refunds
100% refunds may be given before the commission has been started. If you request a refund at any point once I have begun working on your piece of art, I may offer partial refund, proportionate to the amount of work completed.
I do not offer refunds once an image has been finished.Please tell me if there is anything you are unsatisfied with. I am very willing to make edits as I go to ensure the commissioner is happy with the art they receive.Reference Images
Unless you are willing to pay an additional character design fee, I require image reference. You do not have to have existing character art, so long as you are able to provide clear direction. This could be photo collections, collages, picrew, hero forge, or otherwise.Please no AI-generated reference images.Process/Turnaround
I will send you an initial sketch for approval, and make any changes necessary. Going forward, I don't always work in a linear "sketch>lineart>color" order, so updates may vary. I am happy to send progress images at your request. I will make small changes at any point in the process upon request, but may ask for additional payment for any larger-scale changes to a finished or near-finished commission.If I am waiting on communication with a commissioner, I may move on to the next commission in the queue in the meantime. Make sure to check your spam folder, in case my email gets sent there by mistake!You may expect my turnaround to be somewhere from a week up to 2 months, just depending on my workload.Use
